Who are your tutors? +
All our teachers are fully trained and qualified with many years of experience in teaching. They have up-to-date DBS checks. We have teachers who specialise in each subject as well as 11+ and 13+. The right teacher will be chosen for your child’s specific needs. -
Which subjects do you teach? +
We teach English, Maths, Science, Business and I.T. We also tutor for grammar school and private school preparation (11+ and 13+), including verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning. Please refer to the subject page for further details. -
What ages do you teach? +
We take children from the age of 8 all the way up to 17 years (KS2 to A Levels). -
How long is each session? +
Each session is 2 hours long and consists of a variety of activities whether it is traditional or computer-based work. At the end of each session the teacher will discuss with you about their progress and answer any queries you may have. -
Is one-to-one tuition also available? +
Yes, we provide one-to-one tuition on top of small group tuition, where tutors will tutor at the centre or at the student’s home. The student will follow their own personalised study programme set by the tutor. -
How can students benefit from tuition? +
Our individual programmes of tuition are designed to build a solid academic foundation for each child, which we can build upon to at an appropriate pace. The centre operates in a small group environment (no more than 5 students per group) which helps the students feel part of a group. This type of academic environment provides encouragement and builds self-confidence. -
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a 100% refund at anytime within 30 days of initial purchase, we cannot refund anything after the 30 day period. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card provided at time of initial purchase. -
How do I use the childcare vouchers to make a payment to you? +
Making payment using childcare vouchers is simple. Ask us for our Ofsted / URN number and you can arrange a simple electronic transfer to make a payment to us using your childcare vouchers. -
What are your fees? +
Fees start from £20 for two hours/one to one tuition. There is a registration and membership fee of £20 per child. Discounted prices are available for advance payments. -

We are open all year round for weekday evening sessions and weekend sessions. Please see our open times for more information. -
Do you have a programme for special needs? +
Yes, we have the resources and learning aids to accommodate child of all abilities. -
What are childcare vouchers? +
Childcare vouchers are a benefit that employers often offer to staff. If your employer offers you the opportunity to use the salary sacrifice scheme you could be saving on Tax and National Insurance by opting to have part of your salary paid in childcare vouchers. -
How long does my child need to stay? +
This will vary hugely from child to child, depending on your goals and the starting point. We will always give an honest opinion to help you decide whether to continue with tuition. -
What is the advantage of sacrificing part of my salary for childcare vouchers? +
Childcare vouchers are free from Tax and National Insurance and therefore have greater value than the salary you would have received instead of the vouchers. Each parent can opt to salary sacrifice thus increasing the savings you could be making. This could save you up to £1000 a year per working parent. -
Can I rearrange a session? +
If you need to rearrange a session you can reschedule either by phoning the centre or emailing us. We request that 24 hours notice is given.
